- Collect references from the referees that you have provided
- Arrange signing of the Tenancy Agreement
- Collect your moving in payment (rent + deposit)
- Carry out your check-in and inventory
- Completion of lease
- Transfer of utilities to the tenants name
Step 10 Completion
On moving in day, keys will be given to the tenant
